Technical parameters
Dimension
The total dimension of the one-floor module is 2400x1218x60 mm.
Material
The floor is made from boards 90 mm wide, which are connected on the underside to a steal profile.
Coating
The boards are impregnated with natural oil, while the steel profiles are fire-galvanized. The product is covered by a 2-year warranty.
Advantages of flooring
Safety
Smooth boards with milled edges and a gap of 4 mm ensure safe conditions for dogs, who can move freely on the pen floor.
Durability and resistance
Boards impregnated with natural oil enhance durability against water and UV rays. Moreover, the width of 90 mm minimizes the risk of wood deformation due to varying weather conditions.
Insulation from cold ground
The installation of boards on steel profiles means that the floor does not have direct contact with the ground. This aspect is crucial for maintaining optimal thermal comfort for animals staying in the pen. Additionally, the steel profile provides solid and durable support for the boards, thus increasing their stability and strength.
Proper air circulation
The floor design allows for proper air circulation, positively impacting conditions inside the pen. This feature is essential for maintaining a healthy environment for the animals, preventing excessive mould or moisture.
